People often make a joke of that which they cannot understand or comprehend, preferring not to deal with ‘it’. There is a truth behind everything, for those willing to undertake the journey of using their imagination and logic. Motives (who benefits from what?) reveal the real truth, often. The real teachings of ‘Jesus’ is in the Talmud Jmmanuel text. www.tjresearch.info Christianity is a ‘cult’ – likewise most religions are. The Bible is not an accurate pieve of historical text / etc. It isn’t trustworthy, nor divine. Like Santa Claus, it is there for show. The truth is very startling and often unbelievable… Harvey

I’ve never thought the actual words of Jesus were anything but groovy advice, but there’s not much in there to support the concept of the church, or religious wars, or quite a lot of the things that people do in Jesus’ name. Jesus spoke in parables.  He taught with stories, and analogies.  Let it grow like a mustard seed, etc. But for some reason if you suggest to most Christians that the ‘Kingdom of Heaven’ is a metaphor, instead of a place in the clouds we go to after we die they get all cranky like they missed thier naps. I’m not a Christian, but I think the perversion of good ideas is always humorous. -John

When anyone mentions the word ‘lying’ they had better know what they are talking about. Christianity (likewise with Judaism and Islam) has to be the biggest lie that has been unleashed upon this world – and also the cause of so many problems (ie. wars and violence, and intolerance). So called Christianity truth – is all a lie. Jesus Christ is all a lie. The proceedure of Jesus Christ being a saviour is all a lie. The claim for/about God is all a lie too. Some people here think that the Jmmanuel material is all a joke — www.tjresearch.info but in reality the joke is on them, if they take christianity seriously. We have all been lied to – not only by religion, but likewise by governments [it's all political - about power and control]. and insitutions. Harvey
