But I will try to remember to post "(O/T)" on my posts for now. BTW, my money says that Ron’s absence is a court order prohibiting him from going to Daytona and from posting on AST till it is over. That would not have happened, IMO, had Nagler not reared his head again. After all, I think Ron’s complaint about Nagler shut him down. So it could be payback time and only time will tell. I think Nagler set Ron up as he knows Ron is compulsive over him. I believe that you and I both are of the opinion that this guy has problems.  It’s a pity that he appears to take his frustration with disagreements out on people who look at "MD" first and not the man [and I use that term very loosely]  behind it. I think that had he found a good therapist, had a sincere willingness to change, and been genuinely disgusted by all his actions he might have made himself a happy man. That’s true of all ogres. Think of Ebenezer Scrooge and his Christmas conversion. But as you point out repeatedly, his willingness to easily lie about "Final Post" and come back means he is so far down the wrong road that he won’t truly recognize what he has done. So???…these hollywood flakes who are anti-war are hypocrites. They’re short-sighted.  Follow the bouncing ball…Hollywood is largely responsible for the globalization of the american culture onto the outside world.  It’s the entertainment product that’s the trojan horse for the american ideals.  For Hoffman to be against war is a joke since he profits and is partly the root cause of the rest of the world’s friction with the U.S.  Anyways, he’s not a ‘player’ in the valley.  He doesn’t have the power of a Speilberg or an investor.  And who knows…maybe Dustin doesn’t feel the loyalty to the homeland??
