Christianity QA » Christian Faith » U.S. Sen. chooses menorah over U.S. flag

Question:

You better watch yourself , you know Jesus was Jewish . The implied anti-semitism in your post sickens me . Pete – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text –  What an appropriate and telling picture viewers of MSNBC got last week as California’s liberal Democrat Sen. Barbara Boxer (she’s the State’s *other* yenta limousine liberal Senator who’s married to a multimillionare, i.e. the counterpart of fellow liberal Dem Sen. Dianne Feinstein, whose own husband has close financial ties to Red China) appeared in a split-screen debate with Republican Senator John Kyl to debate the nomination of John Ashcroft for Attorney General.  On the right side of the screen was seen Sen. Kyl in his office, with a U.S. flag behind him over his shoulder.  On the other side of the screen Sen. Boxer was denouncing Ashcroft — who she’s already announced she’ll vote against, even before the nomination hearings have even started — but this multimillionaire Senator instead had a large Jewish menorah very prominently and deliberately posed for the camera on a table behind her.  Not a U.S. flag or even a bowl of fruit, but a MENORAH.  And THIS even as she was denouncing the nomination of Ashcroft because of what she felt is his unpolitically correct (let’s face it, "too-Christian") viewpoints.  Imagine if a GOP supporter of Ashcroft had likewise deliberately conspicuosly placed a large crucifix or cross so that it would unavoidably be seen over his/her shoulder by viewers of the debate?  Just look at all the flack Ashcroft is *already* getting from Boxer and her hate-mongering ilk over his Christian faith.  I thank Sen. Boxer for her honesty in providing such an eloquently telling portrait for perhaps hundreds of thousands if not millions of viewers. No doubt the image of a U.S. flag over the shoulder of Sen. Kyl (who, I might add, did a masterful job on the program of pointing out Boxer’s hypocrisy and mean-spiriteness) juxtaposed with the image of the shrill multimillionaire limousine liberal Jewess Boxer with a large menorah over HER shoulder will resonate with these viewers for a long, long time.

jewess is a female jew like christine is feminine for christopher Most Jews are liberals and they feel the impending horror of a christian regime in the works. they probably feel really ripped off after the election because they were the ones trying to rip off the minds of the public to vote there way. Now more solicitation phone calls at 6;00 am. no more banks ripping off customers because of computer error and getting away with it. not much hope for any more dignified lying business practices from ny and ca except with hilary. no more puppet politicians accepting their contributions and promoting their agendas no more banishing of God from the schools. no more conceeding yourself that puppet politicians can handle your money better than you. no more lilly lickers to make tough decisions on how to treat fags in the armed forces. no more brain washin killer kid movies from holywood. no more lying to the customer and a general consensis that its okay because the economy is good. no more lilli lickin pansies from other religions accepting these terrible practices. You don’t seem top like the word liberal but don’t seem to mind the root where it originats or the affects it has througout the country.      Featuring the worlds only Anonymous Usenet Server
