It’s my opinion that your web site is not only full of libel, but it is also becoming highly illegal. It not only seems that you’ve lost your love for others, (including your daughter-in-law and son by your first common law wife) but you’ve even lost your respect for the law.
I can’t believe these reprobate scum like Jerry Moon with their hypocrisy. This is the SAME "daughter in law" that Mr. Moon was railing against only days ago calling her a liar and a rebel, and the same young man that Mr. Moon was referring to as a bastard. I have been married once and remain in marital bliss with my first wife. Like many, I was a sinner before I became a Christian. With Mr. Moon, the issues are his sin, lying, blackmailing, etc while claiming to be a pastor. Of course even if Mr. Moon was not already disqualified from the ministry because of a previous marriage, his other activities (some documented at http://www.prime.org/impsmail/jerrmoon.html ) would also show that he is not even a Christian, much less a "preacher". While I appreciate Mr. Adams admission of his motive for his malicious obsession with damaging me and destroying my small business, There is no evidence for this at all. And you know it. The only mention you will find about your business in the FAQ are statements Mr. Adams, you are a liar.
Anyone is free to look at http://www.mcs.net/~sadams/winfaq.html and see for themselves that the ONLY statements about your business are the fact that you were running it from the same server as your churhc website, and the fact that you moved it (with an opinion as to why). I have checked with legal counsel and there is NOTHING illegal or "racketeering" about providing TRUTHFUL information, as well as an informed opinion as to your motives. Rant and rave all you want, but I suggest strongly that you check with your legal counsel. I have done nothing to "destroy" your small business. Unless of course you think that revealing the link between you and prime.org and Sellcom is destructive. But since that is public information, you have no case at all. There is no evidence for this at all. And you know it. The only mention you will find about your business in the FAQ are statements about where it is hosted. Nothing more. I have NEVER, ever contacted ANY of your suppliers or customers, nor have I suggested that they not do business with you. These are cold, hard facts. and I deeply appreciate his repeated statement of his intent to abuse the discovery process,
Abuse? Not so. All of the questions that I will ask are germaine to any trial that might arise. You claim to be a Reverend. It is *perfectly* proper to inquire as to the source of the title, as well as your education, basic information about your church, etc. The fact that YOU don’t want this information out has nothing to do with abuse of discovery. Ask your attorney. He’ll tell you all about it. there are many details inconsistent with his perception of the flow of events that I will save for the courtroom.
In other words: I have no evidence and no proof, and I am hoping to intimidate Mr. Adams and SPSS into a settlement. Well, it won’t happen. I will say, though, IF he was telling the whole truth, it would hardly be justification for his malicious lying and other malicious activities including his admitted efforts to obstruct my efforts to have child porn publishers investigated. ’nuff said…
Mr. Winter’s "attempts to have child porn investigated" are simply a ruse to try to take revenge on ISP’s who cancel him for TOS violations. In each case, his complaints about child porn were made AFTER he was TOS’d. If he hopes to use this at some mythical trial, he will be quite surprised by the result. Mr. Adams runs a highly censored and falsely advertised false christian newsgroup to promote his cult doctrines.
The group that Mr. Winter mentions is soc.religion.christian.bible-study. It is moderated. It is NOT censored. In fact, several oneness posters have carried on lengthy discussions there. NO ideas are censored, and Mr. Winter knows this. He is free to post to the group, WITH NO RESTRICTIONS ON CONTENT, if he follows the rules, which are published at http://www.mcs.net/~sadams/bible.html. His abusive language is the only thing that prevents him from posting there. Anyone who wishes to see the pure fallaciousness of Mr. Winter’s claim should check out the group for themselves. It is open to anyone who wants to post there. I have stated that I believe Mr. Adams is dirt false christian scum and I believe that his malicious activities and obsessions have affirmed my theory (his active participation in an organized effort (ie. racketeering) to destroy my small business and interfere with my business contracts being only part of that.)

Steve fails to remember exactly how the issue with me began: 1) Steve Winter sent posts to soc.religion.christian.bible-study that contained his usual epithet: "dirt, false christian scum." 2) I rejected his posts per the group’s publically approved Charter (http://www.mcs.net/~sadams/bible.html). His response was to email "root" at my site and demand that my account be cancelled because I rejected his post. I responded to that email. He then lodged a complaint to the internet provider for SPSS who investigated, found no reason to take action and closed the case. The rep from the ISP specifically said "We know Steve Winter is a complete nutcase. We don’t want to deal with him." I told them that so long as he did not email me, I would not email him. No sanctions were imposed, nor any restrictions given. I can procude email to this effect. 3) Not being satisfied, Mr. Winter then called SPSS to complain about me and have me fired. He didn’t realize at first that I was the one who tool the call. Note: SPSS keeps track of every inbound call, compelte with the ANI information (that can’t be blocked!). Before he realized it was me, he started ranting about having my account pulled and me fired or he would take legal action. When he realized it was me, he "cursed me in the name of Jesus." I laughed. 4) At this point, and because of this kind of action by Mr Winter, I prodiced the FAQ, on my own time. It was posted from my sole internet access, and account at SPSS. The post clearly contained a disclaimer that the work was mine, and not that of SPSS. 5) Eventually, Mr. Winter contacted the CFO of SPSS in an attempt to blackmail them. He asked for a large sum of cash in return for not filing a lawsuit. He knew full well that such an attempt could lead to my dismissal. Fortunately, the CFO realized Mr Winter for what he was, and Mr Winter’s request was basically ignored. The same is true for a later lawsuit threat. 6) As a result of Mr Winter’s actions, I obtained a personal internet account and no longer posted the FAQ, or anything about Mr Winter from SPSS. In other words, Mr. Winter STARTED this whole thing. Over the past 3+ years, I have attempted several times to resolve or end the dispute. He refuses. I can produce the necessary email, including notes from Mr. Winter’s ISP accepting the verious compromises and saying that he would recommend that Mr. Winter accept. Mr. Winter can end this at any time. He knows that. He chooses not to. He continues to threaten lawsuits. I would welcome that. Especially since I will use the discovery process to get answers to ALL of the questions about Mr Winter that we want answers to. And since the rules of discovery are quite a bit more lax than in court, he’ll HAVE to answer them. If it ever comes to trial, I have all the evidence I need to defeat any lawsuit by Mr Winter (most provided by him!) and win a counter-claim. He knows that. That’s why he threatens but doesn’t sue.
